We offer the following payment methods:

Prepayment
|
You can opt for prepayment via bank transfer. Having placed your order, you will receive an email with all necessary information. Once we have recorded your payment to our account, we will ship your goods subject to stock. Please note: bank transfers within Germany take 1-2 business days, international transfers about 4-5 days.

Direct debit
|
If you choose to pay by direct debit, your goods will be shipped to you immediately the next business day – subject to stock. Of course, direct debit will be executed only after shipment of goods. Please mind your correct bank details and sufficient cover. Otherwise, expensive transfers may occur to be borne at your costs.

Credit card
|
You can pay with your credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please indicate in addition to your name and your credit card number, check digits and expiration date. The check digits can be found on the back of your credit card. They are the last 3 or 4 digits.
The execution via SAVERPAY guarantees fast payment processing whilst incorporating the latest encryption methods. A high level of data security is ensured as your personal information will only be used for transaction, no caching.

Cash on delivery
|
You can also opt for cash on delivery. In this case, you make your payment to the delivery person. Please note, the delivery company charges 4.90 euros for this service, which in turn we have to remit to you. In addition, DHL will charge supplemental costs of 2 euros to you for the delivery.
